. LYNNE CARTLIDGE

Lynne Cartlidge was born in 1964 in Wellington, New Zealand. When she was three years old her family moved to Cornwall where she grew up between 1967 and 1984. In 1983 she embarqued on a one-year foundation course in Fine Art at Falmouth School of Art. Thereafter, i.e.from 1984-87, she studied for a BA (Hons) Fine Art degree at Cardiff College of Art. She has stayed in Wales ever since and has a studio in the Penylan area of the city.

From 1999 to 2003 she studied for a Certificate in the Interactive Teaching Method for Teaching the Alexander Technique, a qualification with which she earns a living now.
